Refund Policy 退款與改期政策

All class fees, consultation fees, reservation fees, and related payments made to Taiwan Labor Guide are non-refundable.

所有支付予 Taiwan Labor Guide 之課程費用、諮詢費用、預約費用及相關款項，皆不予退款。

Session reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

所有預約皆須於付款完成並確認後，方視為正式成立。

Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may request to reschedule to another available class or consultation date with reasonable advance notice.

如使用者無法出席已預約之課程或諮詢，可於合理提前通知下申請改期至其他可預約時段。

Rescheduling requests are subject to session availability and scheduling conditions.

所有改期申請仍須視課程名額與實際時段安排而定。

Repeated no-shows, missed appointments, or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

多次未到、缺席或臨時取消之情況，可能影響未來預約資格。

Taiwan Labor Guide reserves the right to modify scheduling, class arrangements, or consultation availability when necessary.
